Booking and Payments

  • Appointment Bookings: A £50 Redeemable and Refundable Reservation fee is required. If you proceed with a treatment, the £50 will be deducted from the treatment fee; if you do not proceed, the £50 will be refunded to you. To book an appointment, you may need to provide certain information, such as your name, contact details, and payment information. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • Payments: Payment for services may be required at the time of booking or during your visit. We accept UK bank transfers, Alipay, WeChat Pay, debit and credit cards. We are a cashless clinic. Only card or bank transfer payments are accepted. Thank you for your understanding. All payments are subject to our cancellation and refund policy.

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds for Signature Treatments: Signature treatments are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. All signature treatments have a validity period, so please be mindful of the expiration date.
  • Validity of Promotional Packages: Any packages or discounts purchased with a promotional balance are valid for one year from the recharge date.
  • No Expiration for Non-Signature Treatments and Recharges: Purchased non-signature treatments and recharged balances do not expire.
  • Package and Balance Refunds: If a package or balance is refunded, any used or gifted services will be deducted at their original price before calculating the remaining refund balance.

Booking and Appointment Policies

  • Late Arrivals: Please note that arriving late may shorten your scheduled treatment time.
  • 30-Minute Rule: If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and the £50 reservation fee will be forfeited.
  • Confirmation Policy: A reminder will be sent the day before your appointment by 11:00 am. If you do not confirm within two hours or are more than 30 minutes late on the appointment day, your booking will be canceled, and the reservation fee will be forfeited.
  • Fee Deduction: The £50 reservation fee can be fully deducted from the treatment cost. If you choose not to proceed with the treatment, a full refund is available.
  • Payment Method Refunds: For WeChat, Alipay, or card payments, a 2% handling fee will apply, resulting in a £49 refund.
  • Consultation Fees: Booking a consultation with Dr. Lau will incur an additional £50 fee.

Appointment Modification or Cancellation Policy

  • 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a £25 deduction from the deposit.
  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or modifications made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a £50 full deposit deduction.

Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rejuva London Clinic or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content from our Website without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranties: Our Website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
